Well, we are getting new neighbors in the rental next door. Time for a privacy fence. The rental has 3 bedrooms, 2 in the basement unheated and the landlord rented to a single woman with 7 kids. Windows were broken, trash thrown in our yard, this all started the first week. Landlord won't return phone calls, she won't answer the door. Fence Time. Don't know what's in store with the new neighbors.
Anyone else put up a fence to keep their sanity and protect their property?
